By placing an order with Mariposas, you agree to the following terms:
Orders & Payments:
A deposit is required to secure your order date. Full payment must be completed before delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Custom Orders:
All cakes and treats are custom made. Design, colors, and details may vary slightly from inspiration photos, but every effort will be made to match your vision.
Cancellations:
Orders canceled within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable.
Pick-Up & Delivery:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery details. Once an order is picked up or delivered, Mariposas is not responsible for any damage.
Allergies:
Products may contain or come in contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering.
Liability:
Mariposas is not responsible for damage caused after pickup/delivery or improper storage.
