🧁 Orders & Payments
All products are custom-made to order.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order date:
• Orders under $100 → $25 deposit
• Orders $150+ → $50 deposit
• Party setups/events → $100 deposit
Deposits go toward your total.
Remaining balances must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
Orders are not confirmed until deposit is received.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Orders canceled within 72 hours are non-refundable
• No refunds once work has begun
🔄 Changes to Orders
Changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are not guaranteed.
Additional charges may apply.
🔁 Rescheduling
• Must be requested 48 hours in advance
• Subject to availability
• Rescheduling fee may apply
⏱️ Rush Orders
Orders under 72 hours notice:
• Subject to availability
• $20–$50 rush fee
⏰ Late Pickup
• 15-minute grace period
• Late fees may apply
• Orders may be forfeited without refund
🚫 No-Show Policy
Failure to pick up without communication:
• No refund
• Order forfeited

All items are handmade.
Final products may vary slightly due to:
• Design interpretation
• Materials
• Availability

• Not responsible after pickup
• Customer responsible for handling
• Delivery fees confirmed after booking

🕐 10AM – 6PM
(Orders must be placed before 12PM)
