Placing an Order
All orders must be submitted through the order form or confirmed directly with Mariposas.
Submitting a form is a request only and does not guarantee availability.
Orders are not confirmed until:
Details are reviewed
Pricing is agreed upon
Deposit is received
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order date:
Orders under $150 β $25 deposit
Orders $150 and above β $50 deposit
Party setups/events β $100 deposit
Deposits go toward your total balance.
Final Payment
Remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
Order Timing
Orders should be placed as early as possible to ensure availability.
Last-minute orders may be accepted depending on availability and may include a rush fee.
Custom Orders
All products are handmade and custom-designed.
While inspiration photos are welcomed, final designs may vary slightly based on materials, availability, and artistic style.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
Changes are not guaranteed
Deposits are non-refundable
Orders canceled within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable
Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued
Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate pickup/delivery details
Proper handling and storage after receiving the order
Mariposas is not responsible for damage once the order has been picked up or delivered.
Delivery fees vary based on distance and setup needs and will be confirmed after booking.
Pickup Times:
π 1PM β 6PM
(Orders must be placed before 12PM)
(ADDITIONAL FEES FOR EXPRESS AND AFTER HOURS)

Mariposas operates from a home-based kitchen.
Products may come into contact with common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts.
